Harold Dubinski is one of Denver’s pre-eminent criminal defense lawyers.

Dubinski received his law degree from the University of Texas, after graduating Phi Beta Kappa from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. He has been practicing law in the Denver area for more than 30 years, amassing the kind of “in the trenches” experience that allows him to effectively represent clients and protect them from being chewed up by the justice machine.

Known for his dedication to each and every client and his desire to help those in trouble, Dubinski has successfully defended those charged with DUI, assault, vehicular homicide, domestic violence, theft, criminal mischief, serious traffic violations and drug offenses. He has appeared in district, county and municipal courts throughout the metropolitan area.

He has also taught Continuing Legal Education classes to his peers and has received referrals from family members of numerous lawyers, prosecutors and judges who know and respect his work.
